Refund, Exchange & Delivery Policy


【Delivery Orders】

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for promotional or special offer items. Refunds or exchanges are also not applicable in the following situations: personal reasons (disliking the product, change of mind), failure to use a discount code, or wishing to exchange for other promotional offers.

As nama chocolate is a perishable food product, returns or exchanges are not accepted once sold. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Product storage instructions are indicated on the packaging. Ichikuchi Nama Chocolate will not be held responsible for product spoilage resulting from failure to follow these storage instructions.

For after-sales inquiries, please provide your order number, purchase email, and contact information for verification.

All refunds or reissues will be handled at the discretion of Ichikuchi Nama Chocolate, based on the specific circumstances. This brand assumes no responsibility for costs incurred outside the scope of standard operations.


【Storage & Freshness】

The product is freshly handmade. It is recommended to refrigerate it immediately upon receipt at 2 to 6 degrees Celsius (2℃–6℃), or freeze it at below -8 degrees Celsius (-8℃) to extend its shelf life.

If frozen, it is recommended to consume within 3 months; if refrigerated, it is recommended to consume within 7 days for the best taste.

If there is any abnormality with the product, please provide feedback within 24 hours of receipt; other issues should be raised within 7 days, beyond which the product will be considered to have been received normally.

We insist on not adding preservatives and only using high-quality ingredients, thus requiring specific storage conditions.

 


 

【Self-Pickup Orders】

Refund and after-sales policies are consistent with delivery orders.

Please confirm the product's condition within 24 hours of pickup. If there are any issues, please contact us promptly.


 

【Delivery Information】

Currently, delivery covers mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Free shipping is available in Shanghai and Zhejiang regions; other areas will incur shipping fees based on the delivery method and distance.

The typical delivery cycle is 3–5 days (some areas may be 5–7 days), including fresh production, packaging, and delivery arrangement time.

All products are transported via cold chain and equipped with insulated packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Delivery times will be arranged to be completed on the same day, usually before evening.

Specific delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors.
