Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How should Nama Chocolate be stored?
We recommend refrigerating at 2–8°C (middle shelf of the refrigerator) to maintain optimal taste and texture. Remove from the refrigerator 5–10 minutes before serving to allow it to warm to the ideal temperature. Please avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments. Do not freeze, as this may damage the delicate texture of the Nama Chocolate.
Q: What is the shelf life?
Nama Chocolate is handmade with fresh cream and contains no preservatives. The shelf life is generally 7–10 days after production. Please refer to the date on the packaging and enjoy as soon as possible.
Q: Are your products freshly made?
Yes. All Nama Chocolates are freshly handmade in Shanghai in small batches. We prioritize the quality of each piece over quantity.
Q: Will it melt during delivery?
We use SF Express cold chain delivery, equipped with insulated boxes and ice packs/dry ice, which effectively maintains product condition within the normal delivery timeframe. Please refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
Q: How is your Nama Chocolate different from other brands?
We do not pursue complexity or over-design. From ingredients to production, we only retain the essential elements, allowing the taste to return to its truest state.
