How should nama chocolate be stored?
We recommend refrigerating at 2℃–6℃ to maintain optimal taste and texture.
For extended storage, you can freeze it at -8℃ or below for up to 2–3 months.
For the best experience, we recommend consuming it within 7 days of receipt.
Please avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent affecting its flavor and texture.
What is the shelf life of the product?
The "production date" is marked on the back of each product box.
As we do not add preservatives, we recommend consuming it as soon as possible after receipt (within 1 week) and storing it properly according to the storage instructions.
Is the product freshly made?
Yes. All nama chocolate is freshly handmade in small batches.
