上海橫沙島:一口生巧的起點

Hengsha Island, a Quiet Corner of Shanghai

Hengsha Island, located at the mouth of the Yangtze River, is one of Shanghai's largest islands. Far from the city's hustle and bustle, it boasts fresh air and open fields. It was in this peaceful environment that a bite of Nama Chocolate began.

The Beginning of a Bite of Nama Chocolate

The founder's interest in Nama Chocolate originated from a trip to Japan. The melt-in-your-mouth texture left a lasting impression. Upon returning to Shanghai, they repeatedly experimented with recipes in their own kitchen, gradually creating the Nama Chocolate unique to this place.

Infusing Eastern Flavors into Nama Chocolate

We incorporate ingredients and inspirations from Jiangnan and the East into our recipes, creating a range of flavors:

  • Jasmine Dark Chocolate: The elegant floral aroma of jasmine paired with 54% dark chocolate, light yet profound.
  • Lychee Rose Milk Nama Chocolate: The delicate sweetness of lychee combined with the fragrance of rose, featuring prominent floral and fruity notes.
  • Ginger Red Date Dark Chocolate: The slight spice of ginger with the sweetness of red dates, using coconut milk instead of fresh cream, making it a vegan recipe.

Every Box Ships from Hengsha Island

Each batch of Nama Chocolate is handmade on Hengsha Island. Cut in the morning, it's shipped on the same day via SF Express cold chain delivery across Hong Kong. With no preservatives, the shelf life of 7–10 days is a strict reality.
