黑巧、牛奶巧与白巧:三种巧克力,三种个性

In the world of chocolate, there are three main characters—dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Each has its own personality and its own admirers. Which one do you belong to?

Dark Chocolate: Profound and Direct

Dark chocolate typically contains over 50% cocoa solids, and can go up to 100%. The higher the proportion of cocoa beans, the more bitter and complex the taste. Dark chocolate enthusiasts usually appreciate its richness and long-lasting aftertaste, without the need for additional sweetness.

Dark chocolate is also considered the healthiest chocolate option because it is rich in antioxidants.

Milk Chocolate: Gentle and Inclusive

Milk chocolate typically contains 25%–50% cocoa solids, with the addition of milk or milk powder, which makes the taste softer and sweeter. It is the "universal darling" of the chocolate world, enjoyed by all ages.

Milk chocolate has a gentle aroma and melts in your mouth, often bringing back childhood memories.

White Chocolate: Light and Delicate

Strictly speaking, white chocolate does not contain cocoa solids, but is made from cocoa butter, milk powder, and sugar. Its taste is the mildest and sweetest, with a hint of milky fragrance and vanilla's gentle warmth.

White chocolate is extremely versatile; it can perfectly blend with almost any flavor—lychee, taro, black sesame—all can find their place in the embrace of white chocolate.

Three Chocolates, Three Moods

Choosing dark chocolate means desiring a bit of depth and introspection; choosing milk chocolate means desiring warmth and familiarity; choosing white chocolate means desiring lightness and surprise. No one is better, only which one is more suitable for you at the moment.
